Alfred Nobel (1833–1896), a Swedish chemist and inventor, stipulated in his will that the interest from his estate’s fund used as prizes to reward individuals who, during the preceding year, had made outstanding contributions to humanity.
Since 1901, the Nobel Prizes have been awarded annually on an international scale and has beenregarded as the highest honor one can receive in life.
Ingrid Carlberg (1961-) is a Swedish author and journalist. 2026, Carlberg succeed as the Permanent Secretary of the Swedish Academy. As my view, this work position of Ingrid Carlberg can be called the Secretary of the Nobel Prizes; which has granted Carlberg the unique power that is able to do what others cannot do.

Therefore I call Carlberg the digger for the dark sides of human society.
This is the motivation I write to her; with the hope that she can promote some of my suggestions to rescue the ruined world and her homeland Sweden.
Sweden is once widely recognized as one of the most livable, due to wisely adopted a neutral policy; so that is peaceful, and affluent nations in the world.
Sweden consistently ranks among the top global leaders in quality of life.
However, today all of that has changed—it is not for the better; but was deteriorated; the livable Sweden ruined unlivable as same as that those democracies. Sweden is faced a sharp rise in organized gang-related gun violence and bombings.
Here, I discuss the reason of the rampant crime in Sweden.
Modern MRI brain scans reveal that it is brain deffects caused the criminals to harm others for their own pleasure. They will continue to commit crimes in lifelong.

Suicidal Empathy was West made one of the culture landmines
June 24, 2026, I once wrote Wise French descendents fix ancestors ruined world, cited article Penser la puissance, un défi intellectuel de notre temps, the writer was President Luis Vassy, the Sciences Po, France, in which he indicated that: Europe has moved from a position where it projected its ideas, values and influence onto the world to the one where the world is now projecting onto it.
As my view; what Mr. Luis Vassy prided:“it projected its ideas, values and influence onto the world” are exactly the one he should shame, the evil ideologies, such as, individual is the basic unit in society with a natural right to freedom; so, freedom of religion, freedom of belief, freedom of speech, free world, and so on.
I call such stuff as culture landmines; in which hiw ancestors coined democracy in separation powers; values, freedom and human rights have been playing the role as green light to free the evil ideologies evil play; no one dare question.
Therefore for the dehumanized unlivable world today; his ancestors contributed the most; for the good human purpose makes a bad antihuman outcomes.
It is the cultural landmines in bombing the world into extinction; made France filled in garbage unlivable; by democracy makes beast in power; by ideologies dehumanize people as beast; and by multiparty opposition dysfunction of legislature.
Why didn't China develop the culture landmines
In China; thge suffering of 771BC to 221BC 550 years of wars; enlightened that the ideology is a demon in brainwashing people into warmongers; rumors for unrests and wars; in 134BC, China outlawed the schools of thought to respect Confucian as only moral guidance to have uprooted the soil for budding ideology.
Then under the enforcement of Government, people had to speak in Confucian, behave in Confucian and the Imperial Examination is still in Confucian.
Thus Confucian conducted people in collective self-discipline in collectivist values and peace seeks genes of not imposing on others what you do not want others to do to you; by choosing learned people in power; for which even developed Imperial Examination, the prosperous life attracted neighboring countries as Confucian Asia and developed Collective Civilization in collective prosperity.
Here I must indicate that if China's government had not made Confucian socialized to force people speaking in Confucian, behaving in Confucian; Imperail Examination was also in Confucian; then Confucian would have been like the good thoughts in the west by people chew, bloat, burp, and fart without actual social effect.
Thus under government enforcement; China gradually purposefully developed leading philosophy, moralities and legalism to have orderly settled down the complex relationship between the major social existences. (No one mention this point yet; but I believed that the social effects were as so); which was that by dialectic philosophy Daoism settled down the relationship between man and nature; by moral guidance Confucianism settled down the relationship between man and man; by legal system Legalism settled down the relationship between man and society; and by government sent people to purposefully invite Buddhism from India to have comforted the relationship between man and mind.
People in the West are still fabricating culture landmines
Today all of the ideologies were fabricated in the West and it is still in hot ongoing according to the antihuman needs of the antihuman people in the West.
The West has prided for the richness of thoughts, but, they never reflect the social effect. The varieties of philosophies and ideologies like a botanical garden, though it is rich in species, but it is mixed with highly toxic weeds, Such as, Hegel’s philosophical thought has been highly respected and played far-reaching influence; but, it mixed with toxic inhuman thoughts, such as, advocates the rationality for the wars; and which contributes greatly to the barbaric play of the West.
European ancestors have ihumanly prepared too many tools, excuses for social garbage make a living by doing nonsense, and living on the blood suck as parasite; they have been taming good kids as parasites as they are doing to lead the shortage in labor for manufacturing life necessaries in the Era of overpopulation.
Nothing developed in the West was good for human survival. So that I call them as antihuman culture landmines; in which France was bombed most.

Please look at the democracies in the West; no country is in manic mad of people boldly violence as that of France has been suffering, which should thank for the ideologies that French ancestors kindly fabricated and promoted.
Look at the uncontrollable violent mess in today’s France; to image about the worse in future; where is the hope for hard working French people.
Which is the contribution of Suicidal Empathy; it acted as handcuffs and shackles to bind the law and officials from doing effective administration.
If someone is of a minority ethnicity or a refugee, even if the illegal immigrants; they can boldly crime; due to would not be severe punished.
In democracies of the West, their own people poor sleep on street; but politicians play human rights feeding illegal immigrants in hotels.
The hormone disorder also protects evil; a man with penis can legally go into public facilities for women as long as claimed in a female mentality.
In the West everything is designed in the upside down; stupid is smart; and wrong is right. This is why people boldly promote inhuamn for human.
The evil lies in the fact that the West established human rights commissions in the UN and the EU, making the world people and Europeans feed human rights commissioners to coerce the world to share this inhuman values.
Many politicians are clamoring about values and forcing people to share the same valuesm. In reality, they are engaging in evil ideology aggression, inhuman coercive ideological colonization, and using values evilly divide the world.
