The ideologies in the west ugly free play; in China once also played. Such as, "woke culture”; openly play of male-male love and female-female romance; but condemn-killed by people in face to face. However in Canada; under multiculturalism, any ugly manners can free play.

Today all of ideologies were fabricated in the west and still heat ongoing, used to set over 60% of majors; Professors tame kids as Parasites to make living by doing nonsense as that of professors doing.

In fact; it is not those lawmakers are unaware for the problems that Professor revealed; rather, they clearly knew everything; but they also knew those problems are the political landmines; what they must avoid to touch. Due to that as the voter hijacked democratic players; once they touched those problems; their political career will be bombed away by failing in election.

We must be aware the fact; those people eagerly engaged in the democratic play is not for taking it to do for the good of Canada, but take it as the high-paying job with high retirement pension; in their eyes the parliamentary seats and government positions are simply the means of livelihood; so that every consideration and action of them is aimed at protecting their jods.

As a nature consequently, the painstaking exhortations of Professor hold no real-world significance. Please review the social effect of Professor’s writings; Few. Due to the voters hijacked politicians go on hijacked way to torture Prof Cry.

This is the reason that Professor and you exhausted preaching for a better Canada; but got ruthless returns of ruined home place.

The one man one vote gave the elected beasts confidence; they are the gifted leader from God to the world. Look at the world; it is the elected beasts in abusing the power make the world worse and worse into extinction.

This batch Man on Earth is democracy making beasts in power pushed towards the graveyard of suicided civilizations in the Milky Way.

Under ideology human rights coercion; politicians have to support union culture and regards that strikes for more by doing less in unearned gains is in line with human rights; otherwise, is slave labor; by which corrupted labor quality, after the left of the WWI and WWII quality generations; who built infrastructures today, the labor productivity had brought away.

The meats foods processing plants; mostly is about a hundred employees; it needn’t to hire too much management by combining the job duty by increasing a little payments for each extra position, such as, HR Manager + Office manager + Warehouse manager, and so on.

By such simple improvements will reduce cost in millions counted from all of the plants combined.

2-3... Establish a incentive mechanism of profit-making linked bonus

By profit-making linked bonus to the contributors, the employees will eagerly explore the way for making bonus, such as increase productivity; reduce wastes in daily production, and help to sell more products.
