極簡版(0糖0油0面粉,4寸)

Minimalist Version (0 Sugar, 0 Oil, 0 Flour, 4-inch)

這個版本食材最少,連打發都不需要,全靠泡打粉撐起蓬鬆感。

This version uses minimal ingredients with no whipping needed, relying entirely on baking powder for fluffiness.

整個蛋糕熱量大約才249大卡,一份差不多就40多大卡,減脂期吃完全沒負擔。

The entire cake is only about 249 kcal, around 40+ kcal per serving, making it completely guilt-free during weight loss.

口感偏扎實綿密,類似布朗尼,巧克力味濃。

The texture is dense and fudgy, similar to a brownie, with a rich chocolate flavor.

【材料】

可可粉 30g

零卡糖 30g(喜甜可加到50g)

泡打粉 3g

雞達 2個

【Ingredients】

Cocoa Powder 30g

Zero-Cal Sugar 30g (Up to 50g for sweeter taste)

Baking Powder 3g

Eggs 2

【製作步驟 Steps】

1?? 全部攪勻至無乾粉。

Mix all ingredients until no dry powder remains.

2?? 倒入鋪了油紙的4寸模具。

Pour into a parchment-lined 4-inch mold.

3?? 烤箱170°C烤20分鐘就行。

Bake in the oven at 170°C for 20 minutes.
