The economics of war
When you build an advanced and expensive car assembly line, you don’t simply build one car. You wish to roll out millions of cars from that assembly line and make a huge profit out of it.
When you build an advanced and expensive military machine, you don’t simply defend one country, your own country, as most would claim. You wish to defeat or intimidate others from that military machine and make a huge profit out of it. This is the essence of war. It is that simple.
The world is dominated by those who have built advanced and expensive military machines. They have defeated and intimidated others into subservience. Naturally they have controlled most of the propaganda machines, such as media and universities. They tell you that they only engage in just wars and they dominate the world because justice prevailed. This propaganda is what makes the issue of war so confusing.
