2000 years ago, China explored the Silk Road, today updated as the Belt Road to survive people in the West, but they kill at home; then worldwide, until this moment they still kill in the Middle East & Ukraine.

They made tragic: Gaza Reality of life amid the ruins as people struggle to survive.

There pople are living in the fears under the life threat of the war.

Due to that China Confucian cultures people as human in creating peace.

But the West Gods brainwash people as sworn enemies in war seeking genes to tear humanity apart and hatred fragmented culture and world, which beast play has planted a large number of cultural landmines; such as; religions, unions, democracy, toxic ideologies (values, freedom, human rights...), and much more.

In the West, because it was the beasts and psychos designed social elements; so that the war seeking genes permeated into the all of the social aspects in favoring beasts and psychos to destroy human life.

2020, study on New Zealand population reveals that 12% lifelong antisocial, their brain reduced surface area in 282 of 360 anatomically; also there 60% of population were religions extremist brainwashed. In society there were over 70% of population in abnormal mentality; and many are beasts & psychos. In the West, the universities, medicine, democracy, and they relied on ideologies, etc., are all favoring the free plays of the beasts and psychos.

The democracies globally are all ruined by democracy making power to beasts & psychos. Frugal Europeans feed a huge EU of 55,000 members with about 100 delegations making nonsense to reward an unlivable Europe by human rights enforce accepting low quality immigrants and ruined base for manufacturing.

Please look at the killing wars; it is just the democracy making beasts and psychos in power; and then they take the power to force people to kill or be killed; for venting their beasts and psycho mentality.

Humans are finished by democracy making beasts and psychos in power. Please look at the G7 meeting; it is the democracy made a group of beasts and psychos to plot to save the world with their beast mind.

The rational speech of PM Pedro Sánchez on the tragedy of Iranian leader's beheading showed his desire for rescuing the world. Also it certainly was the hope of King Rey de Espa?a.

Vinegar can destruct covalent bonded viruses to uproot infectious disease; and makes physiological indicators to normal. Melatonin regenerating cells of nerve, immune, kidney failure restore systems.

My experience; water diluting 5% vinegar x 18ml (0.9g pure)/50 kg or 2x500mg vinegar capsules/50kg is able to cure or prevent any cause of fever and coughs of flu; and add melatonin 10 mg is able to cure diabetes, Alzheimer's etc. to uproot the inhuman mind of incurable diseases from western medicine.

Vinegar + melatonin will be able to empty emergency rooms and hospitals. By diet supplements self help cure diseases to reduce reliance on the public healthcare is the only way to stop the killing of Western medicine.

Stop the use of antibiotics in livestock and poultry

Also, I can help eliminate the use of antibiotics in livestock and poultry. Now there are suggestions for reducing the consumption of the protein from poultry and livestock; due to the fear of abusing antibiotics; which leads to massively killing people due to the antibiotic resistance.

Being ruined world proved the fact that democracy is a demon in making power to psychos venting psycho mentality. The demon made the legislature a mad house for psychos fighting by venting their beast instinct.

Nowadays, social governance has evolved as that of lawmakers makes policies as orbit; then society runs on, which is that lawmakers make laws to make the in-executable power of State Apparatus as executable true to realize govern-role. The UofW has Health Science and Political Science; but; they made increasingly more Canadians die from without treatment available, and made Canada worse and worse into a garbage country unlivable.

Dear Dr. Bill Rosehart

This is Frank Li from the city of Waterloo, a Metallographist from P.R. China. As a senior researcher, reading and writing was my daily work; with broader reading about the Eastern and Western civilizations, and the modern studies on TCM and Western medicine. Living in Canada, the clash between two different cultures made me reflect on the issues of social governance and medication and consider the way for improving healthcare and humanizing democracy; record thoughts as articles.

This email is inspired by the cheers of UofW and the media; they are happy that you will lead your alma mater and bring hope to the UofW and thereby create hope for the community.

I Googled and summarized as an article Dr. Bill Rosehart named next President of the UofW.

You have held several senior leadership positions at the University of Guelph and the University of Calgary, where you have manage-implemented many groundbreaking reforms.

It is precisely because of your innovative pioneering talent; I am writing to you.

My suggestion here is that we must examine the problem from the root of human civilization. Only in this way can we advance the University of Waterloo as the base for promoting the progress of Canada.

Look at the bombings, killings in Ukraine and Middle East, and every politician argued a sacred reason that they must force people to kill; but the root is the Western civilization inhuman.

A civilization human or inhuman depends on cultured people as human or inhuman.

China develops ritual and Confucian cultures people as quality human in collective self discipline and do not do to others what you would not have them do to you; in collectivist values & peace seeking genes, which created Eastern collectivist civilization with social elements suitable for human survival.

The West fabricates Gods brainwashing people as sworn enemies to hatred kill each other and regarding that loot-kills others for being No.1 as a matter of course; in individualist values & war seeking genes; which made Western individualist civilization with social elements destructing human survival.

2000 years ago, China explored Silk Road, now updated as Belt Road to survive people in West; but they kill until this moment. Due to that China chooses learned people in power; also in 134BC, firstly held Imperial Examination to choose talent throughout country, later it was institutionalized once a year until 1905. Europe missionaries call it as the elite constitution that values merit over the birth to give power to scholars.

China should thank to the feudal system; it was able to be stable for hundreds of years without wars, and then by Imperial Examination selecting learned talents govern the country. In fact, the feudal system is a kind of stable political cornerstone or institutional umbrella in safeguarding a peaceful society; so that Imperial Examination can be sustained and ensured the knowledgeable rational people governs the country.

Today, the Communist Party of China is the leading party, assisted by democratic parties, which plays the role of a political umbrella and then selects quality elites to govern the country. Today, China is by quality entrepreneurs, scientists, engineers, etc., as lawmakers in part time self-reliant; the top leadership is a politburo of 7 members promoted from grassroots gradually; without consensus from meeting; no one allowed to talk at will; by which institutional constraints avoided the development of the personal dictatorship and importantly this way ensured the collective wisdom in social governance under strict accountability.

This is a little known fact.” “They admire such professionals so much to the point that they qualify these people to be worthy and capable in handling political affairs. The Chinese people believe that scientists and engineers, who eventually become technocrats, have a highly disciplined mind fit for public office.”

“The Chinese Government Is Dominated by Scientists and Engineers Directly before the present administration, 8 out of China's top 9 government officials are scientists and engineers.” “This leadership has brought laser focus on innovation, bringing much of China’s labor centralized in science, technology, and engineering.”

“No wonder we see global dominance of Chinese technology made products such as laptops, 5G technology, home appliances, automotive, smartphones, medicines and wearable technologies. These politicians encourage innovations as their key component in transforming China from a cheap product to world class trading destination. Did you know that the best drones brand (DJI) is made in China?”

In China, under Gov-enforcement purposefully developed leading philosophy, morality and legalism to have orderly settled down the complex relationship between the major social existences (No one mention this point yet; but I believed that the social effects were as so); which was that by dialectic philosophy Daoism settled down the relationship between man and nature; by moral guidance Confucianism settled down the relationship between man and man; by legal system Legalism settled down the relationship between man and society; and by government sent people to purposefully invite Buddhism from India to have comforted the relationship between man and mind.

The process of China's development is a process of constantly summarizing experience to avoid repeating mistakes, but the West is opposite. Hegel said: “What experience and history teach is this, that peoples and governments have never learned anything from history, and have never acted on the lessons that should have been learned from it”.

In 1912 China once tried democracy; but it ganged about 300 parties to make dogs bite dogs and made China into endless west provoked proxy wars; which told China that democracy was a collector for social garbage. It was a group of young people studying in France who learned Marx's communist ideas and back home saved China.

Today Marx communism is still in leading China. The economic success of China should thank that has been in the socialism state owned economy in government control capital; which avoided the harm of capital plunder. The simple way out is to revolutionize medication by updating the philosophy of Western medicine.

Philosophy conducts the way of people’s thinking; and thereby determines the outcomes of the behaving. The philosophy itself has no standard for wrong or right, only the wrongfully adopted philosophy makes bad outcomes.

The universe is a vastly complex system; but within the visible range of our lifetime; the positions of galaxies remain unchanged, but our body is aging quickly in a limited life span due to its extremely complex composition. American chemist Linus Pauling once said that: "If I were an atom, the length of a protein could reach the moon."

The proteins form our cells and cells form blood; blood vessels; nervous system; immune systems, tissues; organs, the glands secrete hormones regulating physiological activities; etc., while the uncontrollable psychological factors influence disease development, which makes the body a chaotic system that must deal with Chaos Theory.

Philosophy Reductionism refers to infinitely subdividing complex things into simple units, and then understands the complex whole; which can be seen as scientific precision-seeking.

The micro-scientific precision-seeking of Reductionism is not conforming to the chaos theory.

Philosophy Daoism of China regards that the universe is composed of the unities of opposites in own characteristics in dynamic equilibrium, by Yin-Yang represents the two opposites, and our body is one of the unities of opposites.

The holistic dialectical seeking of Daoism is perfectly conforming to the chaos theory.

It develops by taking philosophy Reductionism as guidance regarding human body as lifeless assembly of inanimate parts, by subdividing body as micro as protein, genes, RNAs, etc., to understand the development of diseases by scientifically looking for killing and genetic patching as treatment without sense of psychotherapy.

Western medicine is not conforming to the Chaos Theory.

Since 1955, the double blind clinic trial was used to batch killers

In 1955, found placebo effect in 50-60% of cure rate; and found that many synthetic drugs were ineffective than that of placebo did with killing side effects; then double blind clinic trial used to prove drug effective than that of placebo did; and since then it batches kids as killers by tests in single ingredient kicks away the effective ones in multi-ingredients. Antibiotics & vaccines are massive killing

Antibiotics: WHO identified antimicrobial resistance as century’s top global health threats; made one million people to die each year from 1990 to 2021, and predicted that 39 million people will die from 2025 to 2050. This also leads to a large number of patients.

Vaccines: In 2022 being sued, FDA has to disclose that Pfizer's mRNA vaccine caused as many as 1,291 fatal side effects, with a mortality rate 2.9%, which is 71 times higher than that of the 0.041% mortality rate in Quebec Canada. This also leads to a large number of patients.

It was the collection of the results of modern studies on pharmacology and clinical application on 1070 of natural TCM medicinals.

The book name in photo 2 was The Trace Chemical Elements and Chinese medicinals; the size of paper was in B5 with 483 pages, only issued 6,000 copies in 1993. It was the collection of the results of modern studies on the Trace Chemical Elements in natural TCM medicinals.

In the following, photo 3 was a book that I selectively copied from various periodicals of new studies on Chinese medicine at my own expense, and photo 4 was an example of one of copied pages. From cost concerns, the copied one was more expensive.

More pleasing is that in China, with modern technologies, those experience-based formulas have updated-produced many OCT tablets and injections by extracts, with the instructions of the sort of treated-diseases, precautions and dosage.

Above TCM tablets are reserved in my home and there are huge amounts available in the Chinese pharmacies worldwide.

The biggest advantages of traditional Chinese medicine are its efficacy, fewer side effects, and it never produces drug resistance due to its multiple components on multiple targets in one dose. Moreover, OTC tablets are easy to use in home self help and inexpensive affordable privately.

The results of modern studies and the OTC availability of TCM medicines in tablet form will help easy medicinal-selection for treating certain diseases according to the pharmaceutical functions.

The achievements in modern studies on TCM medicinals have laid the foundation for the popularization in use.

I have met many times, in the pharmacies of Chinese medicine, Toronto, some TCM tablets were out of stock, and I asked clerks they said that they all were bought by local whites in one-time.

Outstanding British historian Arnold Toynbee once stated that democracy leads to national division and conflict. This is because, under democratic politics, everyone wants to change the political landscape according to their own will; the ancient Greek civilization was destroyed by democracy.

Badly, ever since the French hanged their king, the world runs under political correctness witch hunt of French advocated democracy, values and human rights; and politicians must do those being coerced.

Human rights coerced union culture has killed labor productivity and smashed survival pillars; and the union culture is endlessly killing the work efficiency of government, hospitals, and everything.

Human rights coercing politicians sacrificed the life of their own people for charity; to feed and attract more and more illegal immigrant crimes to make their own people live as fugitive no values and dignity.

The way out is to get rid of the harm of populism democracy that politicians must please voters by yelling and implementing values and human rights to harm the interest of their own people and society.

Nowadays, social governance has evolved as that of lawmakers make policies as orbit; and then the society runs accordingly, which is that lawmakers make laws to make the in-executable power of the State Apparatus as executable true and is able to play the practical role to govern the country.

In Canada, we may take U of W as headquarter to set an E-office by professors joint with the social elites from whole Canada in part time self reliance as lawmakers form a civil legislature; and take 30% vote right to parallel run with the Gov-one to patching the flaws of democracy.

Thus, you, and the professionals of RIA will be able to work as lawmakers to reform Canada by lawmaking at will.

With the non-partisan advantage of the civil legislature, it needn’t care about pleasing voters, and it needn’t care about the political correctness; which is able to get rid of the fatal harm of democratic politics; so that the civil legislature is able to propose some policies that populism politicians dared not proposed.
