今天，是美国第47任总统唐纳德·川普先生及其年轻、富有行动力的行政团队宣誓就职整一周年。
这一年，可圈可点之事或可骂可咒之事极多。是的，川普是一个注定要做大事，而且要做成与世界最强大国家相称的大事、且多半是美事的总统。
五年前的今天，川普离开白宫之际，我写下《川普总统的三大政治遗产（理念与领导力）》，但我始终坚信：川普有使命待完成。
这个 Mission，不是修补旧秩序，而是引领美国与世界——
超越小圈子，彰显大格局。
这就是以世界和平与繁荣为前提的 Trumpism与Trumpnomics。
因此，川普必然“王者归来”。
所谓“超越小圈子，彰显大格局”，并非修辞，而是关乎世界观、价值观与格局层级的根本转变，关乎美利坚这块造物主应许之地，是否具备重新组织世界秩序的使命自觉，以及是否具备发现并践行最适宜因应之道的果敢与智慧。
这是在做什么？
这是在化解冲突、重建秩序、重塑人类生活方式本身。
如此尺度的新事美事，不可能仰赖任何“精明的胆小鬼”。
这也就解释了，归来后的川普：
为什么要继续“退圈子”，而不是“固守圈子”？
为什么即使对“盟友”也要实施对等关税？
为什么能够“平息八场战争”？
为什么推动减税松绑的《大而美法案》？
为什么为所有新生儿与未满18岁儿童设立“川普账户”？
为什么推出《大保险健康计划》？
为什么一再强调 MAGA–MAHA 的核心含义是：
“每个国家的领导人都必须对本国人民负责”？
…… ……
于是，人们——包括跟得上与跟不上川普节奏的人们和对川普指手划脚或指责漫骂的人们——不禁要问：
这套新世界格局背后的哲学支撑与底层逻辑究竟是什么？
以我之见，Trumpism 与 Trumpnomics 的根基，并非简单的国家利益算计，也不是意识形态对冲，而是一次对人类轴心时代以来支配性主客对立（Subject-object opposition & unity）世界观的根本超越——
它确立的是：
以生命自组织连接动态平衡为基础的
参与性交互主体共生（Intersubjective Symbiosism）
新世界观、新价值观与新人生观。
这是开天辟地的大事！
四十年前，里根总统开启了这一方向；
而今天身处“LIFE（生命形态）-AI（智能形态）-TRUST（组织形态）”三位一体时代的川普总统，则是完成式、增强版。
我将之命名为：
共生经济学（Symbionomics）。

Today marks the first anniversary of the inauguration of Donald J. Trump, the 47th President of the United States, together with his young and highly action-oriented administrative team.
Over the past year, there have been countless developments worthy of praise—or condemnation. Yes, Trump is a president destined to undertake great endeavors, to accomplish undertakings commensurate with the world’s most powerful nation—and, in all likelihood, undertakings that will ultimately prove beneficial.
Five years ago today, when Trump left the White House, I wrote The Three Political Legacies of President Trump (Ideas and Leadership). Yet I have always firmly believed that Trump still had a mission left to complete.
That mission is not about repairing the old order, but about leading the United States and the world to—
transcend small circles and reveal a greater horizon.
This is Trumpism and Trumpnomics premised on global peace and shared prosperity.
For this reason, Trump’s return was inevitable.
“Transcending small circles and revealing a greater horizon” is not rhetorical flourish. It represents a fundamental shift in worldview, values, and the level of civilizational vision. It concerns whether the United States—this Promised Land under divine providence—possesses the historical self-awareness to reorganize the world order, and whether it has the courage and wisdom to discover and implement the most appropriate path forward.
What is truly being undertaken here?
It is nothing less than defusing conflict, rebuilding order, and reshaping the very way human beings live.
Achievements of such scale can never rely on so-called “clever cowards.”
This explains why, upon his return, Trump:
Why, after returning to the very center of power, does he still choose to step away from cliques—rather than seek shelter within them?
Why does he dare to impose reciprocal tariffs even on allies—shaking the long-established comfort of the alliance system itself?
Why, in a world that has grown accustomed to endless wars, has he been able to calm eight major conflicts?
Why does he persist in advancing the tax-cutting and deregulating “Big and Beautiful Act,” despite resistance from every entrenched interest?
Why does he choose to create “Trump Accounts” for every newborn and every child under eighteen—placing the future directly in the hands of families rather than bureaucracies?
Why does he launch the “Big Insurance Health Plan,” instead of surrendering human health entirely to administrative machinery or capital monopolies?
And why, again and again, does he return to this single, uncompromising assertion at the heart of MAGA–MAHA:
that every national leader must be accountable to their own people—
not to elites,
not to transnational cliques,
not to abstract systems,
but to living human beings?
These are not policy questions.
They are civilizational questions.
They ask whether governance exists to manage people—
or to liberate their capacity for self-organization.
They ask whether globalization serves abstract efficiency—
or living societies.
They ask whether power belongs to systems—
or to life itself.
… and much more.
Naturally, people—those who can keep pace with Trump, those who cannot, and those who criticize or denounce him—are compelled to ask:
What is the philosophical foundation and underlying logic of this new world configuration?
In my view, the foundation of Trumpism and Trumpnomics is neither a narrow calculation of national interests nor an ideological counter-offensive. Rather, it represents a fundamental transcendence of the dominant subject–object opposition (and forced unity) worldview that has prevailed since the Axial Age.
What it establishes is:
A new worldview, value system, and philosophy of life grounded in
the dynamic balance of life’s self-organizing connective processes, namely:
Participatory Intersubjective Symbiosism
This is a truly epoch-making transformation.
Forty years ago, President Ronald Reagan initiated this direction.
Today, President Trump—operating within the integrated era of LIFE (life form) – AI (intelligent form) – TRUST (organizational form)—represents its completed and enhanced version.
I call this framework:
Symbionomics

Trump总统的三大政治遗产（理念与领导力）
——写于川普第一任总统离任日

2020年1月之前，由于信息不对称，我和其他人一样，看到听到的，都是丑化川普的资訊和漫畫！
到了北美，什麼信息都不缺，判斷在自己，偉大或是渺小不与个人利益立场关联性为据，而是看当地人的感受，我只看以下三点：“美国国内事务”、“国际社会和世界事务”、“全球化重组”，川普先生做了什么。
第一、美国社会国内事务：川普倡导“美国优先”（或MAGA）内涵是，不只是美国政府而且是各国政府，都首先要对本国社会和社区人民好，并且落实在政策实践毫不动摇，特别是他的减税政策（中国语境叫“轻徭薄赋”），得到美國婦女，尤其是有孩子的婦女、平民勞動者（红脖子）和中产阶级这些不会写文章、不会绘画、更不会操作投票机偷窃选票和不能操纵國家機器程序确认窃选结果的往昔無人關心的美国的沉默大多數的衷心欢迎，这就是偉大——孩子、妇女、勞工再怎麼卑微（他們在政治斗争中也確實沒什麼用，除非革命起義）,但却代表著人类的未來和生活的希望，改变了“穷人富人二元对立”而指向特权操纵的社会再平衡认知——从追求结果公平到追求起点、机会公平！
第二，国际社会和世界事务：就是川普做美国总统的四年，猛一回望，人们发现，过去动不动就荼毒平民、让士兵当炮灰的战争，恐怖袭击爆炸几乎消声匿迹了——国别（民族）之争的本质，实际上是不同国家的权力-资本精英代理人绑架本国人民之争——作为政治素人的川普总统，他不是利益团伙的精英代理人，他甚至不与之同流合污（先富起来的他，一再强调他本来没有从政的诉求），当然也就不存在要用战争的极端方式解决国别冲突中的精英代理人矛盾的问题（在一定程度上也由此得罪了所有国家甚至盟国敌国的利益团伙及其精英代理人）——他的方式是，有话好好说，坐下来谈，谈不好宁可用经济制裁也不打仗，然后接着谈，谈好了签约并诚信履行，于是，以色列与中东四国签下了过去想都不敢想的和平协议，塞尔维亚与斯洛文尼亚再也不谈谁统一谁化干戈为玉帛了，朝鲜核试验停止了，ISIS真的销声匿了，伦敦、巴黎太平了，还有中美各国政府对本国难民、非法移民负起了责任，避免了国与国之间、非法移民难民（部分犯罪行为，如贩毒吸毒强奸卖淫）与当地居民之间的冲突……从而开创了世界和平的新方法、新篇章！
第三，全球化重组：有鉴于WTO自由贸易互惠原则（任何成员在给予其他成员优惠待遇的同时，也享有其他成员给予的同等优惠待遇）陷入罗德里克三元悖论（全球自由贸易、国家主权和民主人权三者不可兼得）在过去二十多年间存在事实上的不公平，川普总统以《谈判艺术》锚定双边或多边谈判，在保持买卖公平的前提下，实现基于产业链、供应链、价值链三链趋势的零关税、零壁垒、零歧视三零规则的全球化重组，以改变现行“经济全球化”在政府重商主义或国家资本主义面前束手无策的局面，美墨加自由贸易恊议的签署，只是刚刚开始（其不足是对第三国转口贸易缺乏关税要求，可能是个漏洞），如此这般一个国家一个国家、一个区域一个区域地谈下去，最后的结果，将是一个全新的全球化路线——全球共生主义……
但是，Trumpism & Trumpnomics=有信仰的平民自组织主义+世界和平+全球化重组，必然与精英代理人主义和东方专制主义（表现为政府重商主义）发生冲突！
川普的伟大，在于他富有傻子般的发心、圣人般的智慧和骑士般的勇气，知难而进，而且成就卓著，示范性地开启了重建世界秩序之路！
不管川普个人有怎样的缺点（确实政治上不成熟，不够“老政客”，比如发推文太多，任性，急躁，动辄退群，大嘴巴乱开玩笑），但是，如何对待川普的三大政治遗产，考验着作为灯塔之国接下来掌控者们的智慧、勇气和担当！
当然，成为美国平民后的川普先生，接下来是选择自己安宁享受富贵生活，还是重新组党和创建媒体继续宣传Trumpism & Trumpnomics？甚至2024年第二次竞选美国总统……这都是他的权利，更无可厚非，他该为美国和世界尽的职责，已经尽过了——至少作出了艰难而明确的示范！
我本人期待他2024年的回归，将他开创的未竟事业——化解冲突重建世界秩序的努力——进行到底！
