我赞成制止了“八场战争”且倡导“每个国家领导人都要对本国人民负责”的美国第45、47任总统唐纳德·川普先生，出面牵头发起，组建一个由战胜国牵头成立的“国联”（1919）、“联合国”（1945）国际组织之后，由“国民繁荣共生体”为基础的第三个全球组织！

战火中诞生的联合国，80年来暴露的根上的问题，是主权在官（操纵国的官），是官官平等，而不是We the People的主权在民。

所以，当某国的官，以“国的名义”推行内殖性“殖官主义”（Reproductive Officialdom），剥削、压榨、屠杀“本国”人民时，联合国是不管不顾，也管不着的。

相反，如果有哪个国家出于良心看不下去，并依据联合国成立三年后（1948）补发布的官们不当回事的《世界人权宣言》，出面管了，联合国原则上是可以谴责的干涉主权（内政），那个剥削、压榨、屠杀本国人民内政的国家的官，更可以申诉被侵犯主权了。其它同样不拿本国人民当人的官们，还可以一起，指责维护人民主权公义的管事的国家，“侵犯主权”啦“干涉内政”啦，反正是吃力不讨好，这就是出现在国际上的“官官相护”。

这事有多么荒唐透顶！

所以，为了避免联合国的荒唐，为了鼓励“有良心、行公义、以共生”的国家行为，有必要发起一个基于“主权在民”的民生、官生协和生的“国民繁荣共生体”，发布《全球共生宪章》，建立协调全球“生命形態（LIFE）-智能形態（AI-AM）- 组织形態（TRUST）”三位一体的“奖抑机制”构架，并以此为据，改造联合国！

当然，假如现在的联合国抗拒改造，或根本不值得改造，那也只好Let it be，让它自生自灭啦！

— A Proposal for Creating a New Global Organization

I support Mr. Donald J. Trump, the 45th and 47th President of the United States—who put an end to eight wars and advocates that every national leader must be accountable to their own people—to step forward and take the lead in initiating the creation of a third global organization, following the League of Nations (1919), led by the victors of World War I, and the United Nations (1945), born out of World War II—this time founded upon the National Prosperity Symbiotic Body.

The United Nations, born amid the flames of war, has over the past 80 years exposed its root structural flaw: sovereignty vested in officials (those who manipulate the state), equality among officials, rather than the sovereignty of We the People.

As a result, when officials of a certain country, in the name of the state, implement an internally colonial form of “Reproductive Officialdom”, exploiting, oppressing, or even massacring their own people, the United Nations neither intervenes nor is able to intervene.

Conversely, if another country—driven by conscience—cannot stand by and, invoking the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948), which was supplementary to the UN Charter but largely ignored by officials, chooses to intervene, the United Nations may in principle condemn such action as a violation of sovereignty or interference in internal affairs. Meanwhile, the officials responsible for exploiting, oppressing, or massacring their own people can claim that their sovereignty has been violated. Other officials—likewise indifferent to the lives and dignity of their own people—may then band together to accuse the state defending popular sovereignty and justice of “interfering in internal affairs” or “violating sovereignty.”
In short, officials protect officials—and those who act righteously gain nothing but blame.

How utterly absurd this is.

Therefore, in order to avoid the absurdity of the United Nations, and to encourage state behavior that is conscientious, just, and symbiotic, it is necessary to initiate a National Prosperity Symbiotic Body, grounded in popular sovereignty, and oriented toward the coordinated flourishing of people’s livelihood, official livelihood, and symbiotic livelihood. This initiative should promulgate a Global Symbiosis Charter, establish a reward–restraint mechanism integrating the triadic structure of Life Forms (LIFE) – Intelligent Forms (AI-AM) – Organizational Forms (TRUST), and use this framework as the basis to transform the United Nations.

Of course, if the current United Nations resists transformation, or is no longer worthy of transformation, then let it be—and allow it to wither or perish on its own.
