We must first understand the origin of "being human," and thus ensure that we do not rely on the illusion of AI-TRUST (CPU, GPU, TPU) to veer off course and become complacent, while always retaining our innate rights and capabilities without falling into the cynicism of cynical profit-seeking (p. 3). Furthermore, even if CPU, GPU, and TPU energy is stacked thousands of times, the three major AI bottlenecks remain: mismatch between energy consumption/efficiency, limitations of information source/channel/result in systemic thinking, and the fact that data/algorithms/compute + neural networks ≠ wisdom, much less Amorsophia (love of wisdom) (p. 3).
Therefore, Artificial Intelligence (AI), as it has evolved since the "grand gathering" at Dartmouth in 1956, urgently needs a paradigm shift to find a way back to human ontology and innovation in future lifestyles (p. 3).
