Nowadays, social governance has evolved as that legislature makes policies as orbit; and then society runs on, which is that lawmakers make law making the power as executable true to make governance.

The way out is to escape from the West taking power as reward for fighting over and learn the practice of China by entrepreneurs, scientists, engineers, farmers, etc., in part time self reliant work as lawmakers.

It originated by developing Rites and Confucian culture people as human in collective self-discipline, in collectivistic values & peace seek genes, in regarding that pursues peace and builds a peaceful prosperous society as matter of course; and built Great Wall to preventing wars without trying to destroy others; by choosing quality humanized people in power; for which even developed Imperial Examination. Now honorable Jean Chretien helped Dr. Mark Carney replace the PM position; however, the multiparty malicious opposition will badly affect his work by recklessly disabling policymaking.

To avoid the harm of multiparty opposition, we have to learn the way of China by entrepreneurs, scientists, etc., part time self reliant work as lawmakers. But in Canada, for avoid unrest, we must keep the interests of current lawmakers as it is; then form a civil legislature taking 30% of vote rights to assist PM Mark Carney.

We may take Business Council of Canada as headquarter by its 170 member entrepreneurs as base, and then enlarge the numbers of civil-lawmakers to outstanding elites, such as current and retired PMs, Premiers, etc., who have valuable experience to make right policies, and Jean Chretien and yourself, then you will be able to reform Canada by making policies.

To realize Canadian strategic industries; at the first, PM Dr. Mark Carney must keep his position and for which he has to pleasing voters; thus he dared not touch some key policies; such as unions; the bloodless killer to destroy strategic industries. In China, a two day finished street road renew project, in Canada, it lasts for half a year, the road opened to sunshine, but no one can be seen fixing the road.

Recently BC Premier David Eby indicates that the temporary foreign worker program should be reformed or cancelled. He says young people are struggling to gain employment because of the program. Other reports say that $36 hourly is unable to hire foreign workers.  

We need to investigate the reason why Canadian employers are eagerly hiring temporary foreign workers, but refusing local ones, whether it is related to the reason as Amazon due to the trouble making of unions and having to costly paying for corporate pensions and health insurance.

The voter pleasing coerced Dr. PM Mark Carney is also dared not touch wrongful immigration policy and bail system, which legally protects low quality immigrants in criminal nature; who have ruined own motherland into garbage place and fill Canada to make Canada into garbage place as their motherland; the bail system protects them crimes to make Canadians lived no human rights and dignity.

Facts were clear; to create Canadian strategic industries, we need a non-partisan civil legislature to assist PM Mark Carney; otherwise under the coercion of pleasing voters; that PM Mark Carney has to play with values & human rights to legally protect wrongful plays ruining everything.

In 2013, I once wrote an article The feasible steps for improving Canada's health care system radically to indicate that in the last century, the capitalist countries were nationalized; which almost uprooted capitalism. The capitalist countries established a communist-style social welfare system; in Britain it was called from cradle to grave. Canada following father Britain established a universal healthcare system, but they have no ability to run it better; now in both countries, the long treatment waits have been a nightmare.

3... No accountability made irresponsibility. In human society; in any ethnic group; there people are anti-human mentality. In workplaces, they vent an evil mentality to make reverse supervision badly reducing the overall efficiency.

Such problems cannot be solved by any big sum of investment; but only can be solved by learning TCM of China, then people self cure diseases by cheaper available safer, effective diet supplements; thereby reducing the reliance on public healthcare.

As a French descendant Quebecer, you have the advantage to discuss with French descendant Quebecer singer star Celine Dion to open the fact that my suggested vinegar + melatonin cured her Personal-Stiff Syndrome.

Then we will be easily promoting the use of diet supplements, thereby uprooting long treatment waits.

In 2015, I once wrote an article Pierre Trudeau and the establishment of Canada's diplomatic relation with China to indicate that Dr. Pierre Trudeau’s Harvard master's thesis was in communism and religions. Study communism, firstly needs to study capitalism and the study of religions would help to understand their role of training innocents to kill innocents in inhumanly affecting social governance.

In 1948, after finishing doctoral study in London Britain, at 29-year-old, Dr. Pierre Trudeau travelled around the world on a motorcycle to learn about the world personally. Many of his later political practice came from his personal experience on the reality of the world. So that under his tenure, in Canada, the social development index and quality of life has been among the highest in the world.

He rejected foreign coercion to insist on independently safeguarding the interests of Canadians and keeping equality and justice for any countries. Under his tenure, Canada was a country that had earlier established diplomatic relations with China after French Charles de Gaulle.

He called the people in the Pentagon a group of "boring villains" to refuse as a cat's-paw; the relationship with then US President Richard Nixon was not good. However, in Nixon’s memoirs – Leaders gave him a high evaluation equally as that of Zhou Enlai China, and de Gaulle France.

Now, we have to recognize the fact that for promoting a livable Canada by promoting Canadian strategic industries, China is a key partner that is impossible to avoid. But there are too many politicians in Canada who have long harmful prejudices against China.

I compiled with facts that historically the practice of China is humanized as human beings should be; but the west was opposite; without the enlightenment of the civilization of China; the west will have no modern life.

The civilization of China has been beneficial to the people all over the world from the past to this day in creating a peaceful coexistence world in avoiding wars. But the West has been inhumanly provoking wars until this moment to finish the human world.

Honorable Jean Chretien admires China; was inspired by the practice of Dr. Pierre Trudeau, who once visited China in 1949, but was forced to return due to the civil war. In 1962, when China and Canada finished a wheat trade, Dr. Pierre Trudeau visited China for a month through a Canadian agency in Hong Kong. He said that what he witnessed in China was different from what the West has been portraying.

In 1970, Canada 15^th PM Dr. Pierre Trudeau promoted the establishment of diplomatic relations with China after French Charles de Gaulle.

Over the past 25 years, I have witnessed the unlivable decline of Canada as same as that of the west. Politicians have to play with values & human rights making laziness to make manufacturers closed or out relocated, and the healthcare system became a nightmare; patients died in long treatment waits. Historically, China was not only chooses talents as officials in China; also there were many foreigners worked as top Gov-officials in China since Ancient time; such as, the Western missionaries. Giuseppe Castiglione(1688—1766), Chinese name Lang Shining, who was an Italian missionary painter who served as a court painter during the reigns of Emperors Kangxi, Yongzheng and Qianlong; and has participated in the design and construction of the royal garden Summer Palace. But the outstanding one was British Sir Robert Hart in Qing Dynasty.

Sir Robert Hart, 1st Baronet (1835 - 1911), as Anglo-Chinese statesman employed by the Qing government for directing the Chinese customs bureau and thus satisfies Western demands for an equitable Chinese tariff.

As British consular official in China (1854–1859), Hart became customs inspector at Guangzhou (Canton; 1859); four years later he was appointed inspector general; the top official fully took control of Maritime Customs Bureau.  

The bureau, at that time, annually collected about 5 Million taels a year at 14 different ports. Hart largely expanded the bureau, which by 1895 employed more than 700 Westerners and 3,500 Chinese, and collected more than 27 Million taels a year.

Hart’s employees not only collected tariffs but also charted the China coast, managed government port facilities, and supervised the lighting of coastal and inland waterways.

By 1896 he was also managing the first modernized national postal service in China. In addition, Hart and his subordinates served as consultants of the Royal Family to handle the matters that related to Western countries. Hart retired to England in January 1908.

The reason that the Qing government hires British Sir Robert Hart was very simple, because he knew how to operate customs. Government officials of China have absolute trust in him; let him to represent China to participate in the foreign negotiations and played a decisive role. Hart has made an important impact on the development of the foreign policy of Qing government.

On Sept. 20, 1911, Sir Hart died in the UK, in the remote Far East Asia; the Qing government awards Sir Hart a title as the Tutors of the Crown Prince. Even if the people of China, it is very difficult to get this title; which shows that the quality of people of China are respecting rational people and never forget good friend.

Sir Robert Hart once wrote a book "These from the land of Sinim." Essays on the Chinese question, in 1835-1911.

It said that the prediction on China will develop as powerful country sooner or later was inspired by the Boxer Rebellion of anti-foreign, anti-colonial, anti-Christian and anti-incompetent government uprising in China between 1899 and 1901, after failure in Anglo-Chinese War or Opium Wars between 1839 and 1842; Sino-Japanese War of 1895, and Eight-Nation Alliance invaded northern China in 1900.

At that time, as foreigner, Sir Hart was also under the threat and lived in the state of fear for the Boxer Rebellion.

As a great tradition of Western countries, at that time, they sanction the government of China by banning exports to China; as Sir Hart wrote that a member of Qing Royal Family said that:

“Very good-this forces us to become producers. Now, mark me, in due time we ourselves will be exporters; not only that, but underselling present manufacturers.”

Now, in 100 years later, the prediction of the member of Qing Royal Family made in the time that was the poorest and difficult for survival, has been becoming true, and any sanction to China of any country cannot stop. Later I will discuss the reason; you will be fully convinced. It is not because of China, but because of the social productivity in Western countries has been destroyed by legally protected fallacious ideologies.

In 100 years ago; the shocking fact that the easygoing and friendly people of China, suddenly became angry lions to unite to fight against foreign invaders and own incompetent government; especially what said of the member of Qing Royal Family shocked Sir Hart to have written the prediction that sooner or later, China will be develop as powerful country.

Jan 3, 2022, I especially searched an online PDF version of the book of Sir Hart "These from the land of Sinim." Essays on the Chinese question from the University of California, #276 (Page 262), I wrote down key point as below.

“China must henceforth become a military power. There will be much floundering and many mistakes and catastrophes, but sooner or later, the state will be emerge healthy, strong, and experienced, and in possession of what the world forces on her-military strength; and since it must be had, she will eventually have it of best-the best arms, the most suitable drill, the highest education, and soldiers in such numbers as population permits and circumstances require, and of such quality as physique, morale, and training will in the course of generations provide.”

“To-day, in order to punish China for the Boxer doings of last year, the West, among other things, is prohibiting the importation of arms. In this connection said a scion of a great family to me: ’Very good-this forces us to become producers. Now, mark me, in due time we ourselves will be exporters; not only that, but underselling present manufacturers!’”

Confucian & Imperial Examination made civilization of China 5000 years

I remember that I once read an article said that Professor Niall Ferguson once said that Christianity has an impact on the development of Chinese civilization. Here; I would like to indicate that the Christianity has no impact on the development of China, because it is no any force can influence the civilization dominated by Confucianism.

Historically, many settled farming civilizations were wiped out by the barbaric nomads. Ancient Egypt, ancient Babylon, ancient India and China are collectively known as the four ancient civilizations; but only the civilization of China has uninterrupted last 5000 of years. The so-called wiped out was the replacement of culture, religions.

Since 1400s, European missionaries entering China to make cultural invasion by their God brainwash people. However, instead themselves were brainwashed by the civilization of China and respected that by Imperial Examination chooses learned people as officials as the Elite Constitution by values merit over birth to grant power to scholars.

At that time, the government of China did not restrict the missionary activities; in order to brainwash believers, they banned them to respect Confucius and worship their ancestors. As a result, the believers angrily drove missionaries away and burnt the church. Later, the Pope in Europe decreed that allow believers to respect Confucius and worship their ancestors. However, Christianity did not popular in China. God failed with Confucius and Chinese ancestors.

In China the famous dynasty, Qing Dynasty, were basically established by invading nomadic tribes. However, the nomadic tribes cannot carry out cultural replacement due to the existed strong cultural ballast, the social atmosphere of Confucian culture, and the imperial examination system in selecting talents from outside of the royal bloodline govern the country. So that the invading nomadic tribes have to continue to respect Confucianism as moral guidance, and continue to take the Imperial Examination system to select learned talents out of the royal bloodline to rule the country. They also used barbaric nature to expand territory to strengthen the civilization of China.

Actually, the cultural replacement started as earlier as 1400s, since then more and more missionaries entered China; but also they cannot move the strong cultural ballast.

For brainwashing people of China, they forbid Christians to worship their ancestors and Confucius as usually. Christians of China angered burned down churches and beat missionaries away. Later, the Pope granted special approval to allow worship of ancestors and Confucius. However, the missionary work that was successful in other countries was failed in China. On the contrary, the Buddhism, which was specially invited by the government of China from India became popular with the support of government, because Buddhism encourages people to be good; which was at personal will without force people to believe; as a good helper of Confucianism.

Instead, missionaries brought Chinese culture back to Europe, and triggered development of modern economics and the Renaissance, Enlightenment to end the Dark Ages. Meanwhile, as Prof. Niall Ferguson said Europeans accept Chinese mathematics, astronomy, technology and inventions, and by which developed the 'killer apps' of the West's success – competition, science, the property owning democracy, modern medicine, the consumer society and the Protestant work ethic; and by which; the west controlled three-fifths of humanity and four-fifths of the world economy. The fact proved that it is the civilization of China to have humanized Western civilization out of Dark Ages. However, due to their inhuman animalistic genes, they developed a more inhuman Dark Ages with a more inhuman evil civilization.

In my opinion, that outlawed all school of thoughts respect Confucianism only, and by imperial examination selecting officials become the cultural basis of civilization of China. Even if it was ever-changing in dynasty replacement and foreign invasions, but the cultural basis of China acted as a melting pot of foreign ethnic groups and cultures. Numerous foreign races and cultures trickle down into the long river of civilization of the China. It is said that 30% of Chinese vocabulary comes from Buddhist teachings of ancient India.

Since 16th century, Spanish Empire has repeatedly projected conquest of China The Empresa de China (China enterprise) , through the natural culmination of the conquest of the Philippines, it involved the invasion and assimilation of the Ming dynasty by a coalition that would include Spaniards, Portuguese, Spanish subjects of Spanish Philippines and Japanese allies from the Toyotomi regency, as well as potential masses of ethnic Chinese allies.

Military conquest of China appeared viable by the reports of Christian missionaries and ambassadors, who described the Ming population as demobilized, inefficiently administered and easy to sublevate against their own governors, offering a situation similar to those of the Aztec and Inca empires where control of the territory could be wrested away. Now, on the century long wars bombed ruins, again China has developed as the world leading economy and as the top trade partner of 157 countries; by which driving the development of world economy.

Why? Due to that people of China have highest IQ scores far exceed others world widely.

The genes of West develops as inhuman civilization

In West, since ancient time, Europe was ant nests populated in the state of too many tribes independent economy war machines to avoid war, the life threat forced the intelligence engine of thinking and pursuing of people towards that how to gang up more people to defeat others for survival, then fabricates feud Gods brainwash torn humanity and culture hatred apart and hatred torn apart population as sworn enemies in hating & killing. The evildoers use Gods to coerce the overproduction of population who hate & kill each other to fill the world with; which made individualistic values and war seeks genes; and by low quality people free competing to govern; (the modern democracy has been doing the same thing), in regarding that loots kills others for self survival as a matter of course; and destroys others for being No.1 as a matter of course; developed individualistic civilization with elements are not suitable for human survival.

Reviewing the past to this day, we may conclude that the West is good at hatred-ly tearing apart humanity and culture; made countries and economies in a fragmented state, and made the world in chaos, hostility kills between the ethnic groups, religions groups, and countries.

The inhuman culture tamed others as evil beasts 

Japan is the country most deeply influenced by Confucian culture. To this day, it still uses Chinese characters and follows the etiquette of the Zhou Dynasty (1046-256BC). In 1853, the U.S. Black Ship Fleet tamed Japan and brutalized the Japanese and killed 35 million Chinese and more than 10 million Asians. Australia refused to accept the Japanese surrender and executed all the Japanese invaders. The United States atomic bombed Japanese cities, and by bombers reduced Japan into ruins.

In 2017, Jason Hickel, anthropologist and professor at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Spain; who published article THE DIVIDE, A Brief Guide to Global Inequality and its Solutions, in which Jason Hickel introduced the start of Europe dehumanized people to begin looting and killing world widely.

In 1492, Columbus set sail to discover a new world; he first blindly landed in Cuba, where he encountered a remarkable people – a civilisation very unlike his own when in Europe; he wrote in his journals. When you ask for something they have, they never say no. Columbus noticed that they do not bear arms, and do not know them, when I showed them a sword; they took it by the edge and cut themselves.

Up to a third of workers died every six months. Within two years of the Spanish invasion; they killed 125,000.

Since then, the Europeans have been increasingly occupying, plundering and killing the world widely.

In 2021, Professor Jason Hickel jointly published Plunder in the Post-Colonial Era: Quantifying Drain from the Global South Through Unequal Exchange, 1960–2018, indicates that the global North appropriated from the South commodities worth $2.2 trillion in Northern prices — enough to end extreme poverty 15 times over. Over the whole period, drain from the South totalled $62 trillion (constant 2011 dollars), or $152 trillion when accounting for lost growth. That drain from the South remains a significant feature of the world economy in the post-colonial era; rich countries continue to rely on imperial forms of appropriation to sustain their high levels of income and consumption.

“We have long known that the industrial rise of rich countries depended on extraction from the global South during the colonial era. Europe’s industrial revolution relied in large part on cotton and sugar, which were grown on land stolen from Indigenous Americans, with forced labour from enslaved Africans. Extraction from Asia and Africa was used to pay for infrastructure, public buildings, and welfare states in Europe – all the markers of modern development. The costs to the South, meanwhile, were catastrophic: genocide, dispossession, famine and mass impoverishment.”

“Imperial powers finally withdrew most of their flags and armies from the South in the mid-20th century. But over the following decades, economists and historians associated with “dependency theory” argued that the underlying patterns of colonial appropriation remained in place and continued to define the global economy. Imperialism never ended, they argued – it just changed form.”

Of course, as one of the western countries, the development into a wealthy nation of Canada also relied on imperial forms of appropriation to sustain its high levels of income and consumption.

The West designed their own society as a mad house

In the West, society is designed as a bullring to meet the venting of the dark sides of human nature; and people are tamed as bullfighters; they are looking for targets to attack butting heads with each other. Especially politics, the politicians have to mutually attack as sworn enemies, and it is impossible to carry out effective governance. The entire society messed up as a bubbling boiler.

The purpose of establishing a government in human society is to use the administrative power of the government to suppress the wrongful behaviors of the low quality people to create a livable society. But the democratic design made the government as the drama stage for the reckless play of the low quality people.

Multiparty political design hopes that multiparty opposition can ensure a quality government; but human selfish instinct made the multiparty opposition mad maliciously opposition; for replacing the ruling position to enjoy self-given luxury salaries, benefits and privileges regardless of ruining the life of their own families.

Please look at the thoughtful names for making luxury livings by playing democracy: Hawks, Dovish, Donkey, Elephant, Left wing, Right wing, Extreme right, Extreme left, Green Party, Tea party, Liberal party, Conservative Party, Democratic Party... No one will believe people of such quality are able to make rational policies.

In the west, people have been brainwash-fooled into mindlessly believing that this is how human beings must be lived.

The richness of democratic countries does not entirely come from the creation of material wealth brought from democratic governance, but from the plunder globally by troops and later by economy. For instance; during the First Sino-Japanese War, China compensated 230 million taels of silver to the Japanese; later, paid 980 million taels of silver to Eight-Nation Alliance, plus 20 million taels to the church, for a total of 1 billion taels. In the Second Opium War 1860, French and British troops looted the imperial collections and then looted, and burnt the Old Summer Palace of China.

Also the rich of the U.S. depend on dollar plunders. In 1944, 44 allied nations met in Bretton Woods to discuss and find a solution for the prevailing issues that plagued currency exchange, and formed the Bretton Woods System, which solved a growing global financial crisis, strengthened the overall world economy and maximized international trade profit. However, human greed turns all good things into evil plunder. Just by fluctuating the interest rate of the US dollar, it can wipe out the savings of small countries and plunge their people into disaster.

Now the global countries fight up and refuse to continue to be enslaved-plundered; the global de-dollarization is accelerating; it will surely end the rich life of the US.  The de-dollarization will surely dismember the U.S. Federal System.

The West suicidal entered the late stage of cancer

Now in Rich democracies, there are a growing number of homeless; Please Google by keywords: Europe, cold, death, you will be shocked by the results, it is capitalist democracy killing people. 

For centuries, the world's countries have been killed and plundered by European countries ganged up as an evil axis. During WWII, the US took over to continue the habit of bombing the world by the money from bombing and plundering the world.

Now, the trade war for making the US great again unexpectedly angered allies into mortal enemies; and successfully disbanded the evil axis and triggered reorganization in global governance in the regional forces; cultures, economies and politics.

Obviously, historically the practice of China is the rational manner as human beings should be. Without the enlightenment of Confucian civilization of China; without the modern life today. The Confucian civilization of China has been beneficial to the people all over the world in peace without wars. The approach of the West is destroying themselves & the world.

The conflict in the world today is the conflict between individualistic values and collectivistic values.

The conflict of provoked by the west towards China; it is the conflict of the survival competition of Europe based western individualistic civilization defeats China’s collectivistic civilization.

In the 2012 book Civilization: The West and the Rest, Professor Niall Ferguson who indicated that in 600 years ago, Western Europe, was a miserable poor place, ravaged by war and plague; which proved that the ant nests populated tribes have long been without proper rule.

During 16 century, Europeans learnt mathematics, astronomy, technology and creativity from China and developed six new concepts: competition, science, the rule of law, modern medicine, consumerism, and the work ethic as the "killer apps", and then West came to control the three-fifths of mankind and the four-fifths of world economy.

Professor indicates the rule of the future world is a fusion of Chinese Asian culture and Western culture; while he also indicated that the future world will rule by Chinese Asian culture.

Due to that “The days of Western predominance are numbered because of that Europeans no longer work long hours, and Americans have almost given up saving completely. The real workers and savers in the world are now the heirs of Confucius, not Calvin. Western civilization has lost the ability to solve the world's problems.”

Now, human beings are faced with a historical juncture for the life-fate deciding choice: which is that which direction should human society develop? To learn the practice of China by elites self reliant part time as lawmakers form a civil legislature is the only choice.

Canada is also faced with a historical juncture for the life-fate deciding choice; which is continuously ruined by costly hiring multi-parties reckless plays or learning China by elites self reliant part time forms a civil legislature to avoid being finished by democracy.

China governs by quality elites, the west is opposite

Historically, China has been relatively long in peaceful prosperity; in 2000 years ago explored the Silk Road and now updated as Belt Road provides west the life necessaries surviving people of West killing wars until this moment in Ukraine and Middle East; they have honest reasons that must kill people; but the nature is democracy giving power to beasts vent beast mentality.

The people of China developed drones for daily life, such as transportation, agriculture, firefighting, and a wider range of peaceful purposes, while in the West; they are used for killing. In Ukraine and the Middle East, drones are used as the main killing weapon on the battlefield.

In the West, it has been treating power like a child's play; it has always been inhumane people who easily steal the power and then they abuse it, repeating the tragedies of history.

In 2020, Oxford history educated media professionals Bloomberg Dr. John Micklethwait and Economist Dr. Adrian Wooldridge jointly wrote article The Virus Should Wake Up the West indicates truth:

For example, German manufacturing has been the pearl of the world, but it was blown up by a democracy made dictator.

German Olaf Scholz destroyed German manufacturing

Olaf Scholz, the Chancellor of Germany (2021-2025), who single-handedly destroyed German manufacturing by blowing up the power supply and which made Germany permanently de-industrialization by forcing the outflow of top technical personnel and the closure or out-relocation of the manufacturing enterprises.

On April 15, 2023, he led the government to shut down the last three nuclear power plants, eliminating the use of nuclear energy for electricity generation. On Mar 27, 2025, having been dismissed Schulz, at his last minute in power, actually blew up a 6 years old German world top-class coal-fired power plant that was built at a cost of €3 billion.

Aug 21, 2025, a Ukrainian man was arrested in Italy and revealed the fact that Ukraine blew up the Nord Stream gas pipelines in 2022; which also happened during Olaf Scholz term of office. Scholz once spent a big sum of German life saving money to support the Ukraine war; however Ukraine blew up the gas supply as rewards.

It reported that Germany's unemployment exceeded 3 million in August 2025.

Germany is the engine of Europe's manufacturing industry, and other European countries are subsidiary in supporting German manufacturing. The decline of German manufacturing will drag down the manufacturing industry of Europe.

By such an unbelievable childish way, Olaf Scholz himself uprooted the foundation for manufacturing to completely destroy the life and future of hard working German people. Obviously; Olaf Scholz has no clear sense for what he was doing.

This is an example of the fatal flaw of democracy; it grants the power to psychos dictator.

Feb.16, 2014, I once wrote an article Why German Economy Can Fly Against Economic Recession: this was the story 9 years ago, not today. That time was Germany under Merkel’s leadership, not the Germany today under red and green lights fading shining. Only the street boys and street girls govern their own country by red and green lights of creating an unhinged political compass that creates chaos and disasters to ruin their own home yard.

Please look at how Germans play their democracy. According to Grand coalition (Germany) - Wikipedia that was last edited on 18 April 2019, after the inconclusive result of the 2005 German federal election, neither of the traditional coalitions could form a majority government. Another possible coalition existed, comprising the SPD, Greens, and the Party of Democratic Socialism (PDS), PDS, the successor party to East Germany's ruling Socialist Unity Party, the SPD, CDU/CSU to agree to form a grand coalition with CDU leader Angela Merkel as chancellor and an equal number of cabinet seats for each party.

I really doubt whether the great Germans themselves can quickly sort out these political parties and their sacred political goals; and eventually; in the final analysis, what on earth; they want to do and what actually they can provide for Germans.

Thank Harvard University for awarding Honorary Doctor of Law to former German chancellor Angela Merkel; who was the most worthwhile for got the honor and helped world gained the most worthwhile return: “tear down walls of ignorance and narrow-mindedness, for nothing has to stay as it is,” to get rid of state of “describe lies as truth and truth as lies.”

Suppose that it is not the street boys and street girls playing with red and green lights to make trouble, then rational Merkel would be still in power, then the costly instigated proxy wars of Russia & Ukraine would not happen.

It is clear that supposed Germany has learned China by entrepreneurs and scientists self reliant part times work as lawmakers; and set 7 members as the top leadership in collectively make decision; then Germany will keep on great way.

Democracy makes inhuman individuals destructing world

People are always generally talking about this government is good, that government is bad, they ignore the fact that it is the individual who is in power that is doing good or bad. The good or bad of a government is the good or bad of the individual in power.

Priding for any one can free campaign without quality control, democracy is just making reckless individuals in power, then abuse the power to vent their sick mentality. To name enemies world widely and then provoke wars by the name of promoting and protecting democracy and it relied antihuman ideologies, values; freedom and human rights. Please look at the wars today, mostly from democracy made power to reckless individuals; they acted as Gods destined world saver, confidently abusing power makes disasters.

Franklin Roosevelt, 32nd President of  of the United States, who was rational and made U.S. a trusted world leader by rescuing world from Great Depression, WWII and post war rebuilt, but since then the U.S. leaders have overdrawn the prestige of world leader and have long dehumanized US as the evil barbaric world destroyer.

John Dulles, 52nd state secretary of the US, who was an extremely belligerent attacker, was nicknamed "Detonator". He was the architect and the promoter of the Cold War, and personally initiated the Korean War and Vietnam War. The destruction of the cold war has been making disasters until this moment.

Victoria Nuland, the US under Secretary of State for Political Affairs, who once spent a big sum of dollars made Ukraine's Revolution to replace the leader and then the leader invited NATO to threaten Russia and triggered Ukraine war. After the tragic disaster was done, President Biden forced Nuland to resign.

Olaf Scholz, playing democracy got power as dictator and he destroyed German manufacturing by blowing up power supply.

Until now, it was most likely; Mr. Olaf Scholz was not regretting for making a devastating disaster.

Learn China to form a civil legislature to rescue Canada

In democracies, under human rights coerced bail system, the police officers risked their lives, caught criminals were released back into society to continue to harm people. The police officers afraid of the danger have to resign.

In Canada; it has been for 3 years long, the police chief and the Premiers have been anxiously appealing for the reform of the bail system, but it has not been done; such an easy immediate solvable matter actually cannot be solved.

The incredible tragedy shows that the democracy that is proud of touting working for people; but in actuality, it is in helping criminals harming people, and people luxury feed politicians have never cared about people being harmed.

In Indonesia, now, where people are fiercely protesting against the extravagant life of the government officials by unreasonable high payments, benefits and privileges, with violent protests, set fire to cremate of government buildings.

Europeans long angered by European Parliament 751 MEPs, 44,000 officials; 11,000 employees that cost over €8 billion a year; 4,000 of them earn more than €290,000 a year in more than of Angela Merkel’s salary. The salary increases are borne by taxpayers, but the salary of the workers has not adjusted.

To form civil legislature; the best way is taking the chance of honorable Jean Chretien visiting China to lift tariff, we organize a big delegation by gathering the outstanding elites, such as, current and retired PMs, Premiers, Lawmakers, Police officers, Entrepreneurs, Farmers, Doctors, etc., to discuss the approaches how to make a livable Canada and as the base to form a civil legislature.

The delegation must be composed of the elites of generations of local Canadians, who fully care about Canada, rather than those speculative immigrants who never care about the survival of local Canadians who once built Canada.

By Canadians respecting people self-reliant as lawmakers, the formation of the civil legislature and its made policies will be no one dared to oppose, thus under the normal run of democracy, the civil legislature will be still able to play a leading role.

In this way, no matter the proposal is made by any party, as long as it is conducive to build a livable Canada; the nonpartisan civil legislature will support it by 30% of vote rights; which will kill the meaningless opposition of the multiparty.

Significantly, the lawmakers of the civil legislature are all rational and well experienced with favorable ideas to make right policy in a timely manner. Also the suggestions of any Canadians are able to put into the consideration for lawmaking.   

By this way, we will gather all leaders; parties and outstanding elites into a unified nonpartisan legislature to cure the cancer of the multiparty malicious opposition; thus making social governance going on the humanized way as that of China.

Actually, the unified nonpartisan civil legislature has uprooted the harm of evil grouping of people - the political parties.

Such problems can never be solved by any big sum of investments; the only way out is to reduce the reliance of people on public healthcare by cheaper remedies people self cure diseases to reduce the disease incidence.

Nov. 30, 2013, I once wrote an article The feasible steps for improving Canada's health care system radically to indicate that the cause of long treatment wait is not fully due to lack of medical investment, but also due to poor governance without accountability made irresponsibility of medical staff in boldly neglect of their duty.

Also it comes from the improper medical procedure, in which, the patients have to wander among the scattered family doctors, specialists, and laboratories, in most of time, the doctors and specialists work as nurses to send patients to wander around to somewhere else. Each of the steps needs a long time to wait.

We must learn China to gather family doctors as Comprehensive Hospitals equipped with multi-divisions and each division treats each specific sort of disease (eyes, nose, etc.. or builds specific disease hospitals) with labs, operating rooms, so that patients can finish all of the processes that disease treatment needed. Different specialties may discuss together to make the correct diagnosis.

Thus by copying the Technocratic Democracy and TCM philosophy of China, Premier Scott Moe and the elites of the agriculture industry will humanize the west dehumanized world to live a life as human should be.
