先是和马斯克不欢而散，政府效率部也无疾而终。然后是通过贸易战凌霸全世界，摆平了中东，羞辱了乌克兰和南非，罚跪了欧盟、日本、印度、越南和加拿大。
接下来是强迫美联储降息。
再最后，因为美国劳工就业和经济发展的数据不好，就要炒掉国家劳工统计局(Bureau of Labor Statistics)局长了;
加上川大爷是一个非常勤政的总统，以至于他在二任半年的时间内无日不独裁，无地不独裁。

独裁一般是指一种制度，而不是一次政治操作。但美国向来有模糊定义的传统。从强奸到性侵到语言暴力，冷暴力，男凝，什么都不做也可以定罪。“独裁的次数”，也是这类模糊概念的应用。既然独裁有次数，那么“民主”也可以有。普京的选票胜率比美国总统高多了，也可以说民主次数多多了。
