Ontological Layers (2×2 Matrix)
Abbr. Full Term Description
AA Absolute Absolute The ultimate unspeakable source. Beyond reason, language, and symbol. Issuer of all instances.
RA Relatively Absolute The realm of universal laws: logic, mathematics, life. Issued as complete wholes.
AR Absolute Relative The natural world—biology, physics, universe. Governed by RA, but made of form and substance.
RR Relative Relative Human-made world—language, culture, AI, art, symbols, representation. Most relative and constructed.
Modes of Knowing
Abbr. Name Description
RW Relative WuXing Innate, pre-logical intuition. Found in mysticism and early sages. Capable of grasping RA but not AA.
AW Absolute WuXing Mature post-logical insight. Arises after experience and reason are surpassed. Capable of spotting AA.
— Reason Logical thinking. Connects primarily to AR, and partially to RA.
— Experience / Representation Empirical learning or cultural knowledge. Operates within RR and AR.
Other Core Concepts
Term Description
Instance A whole issued directly from AA. Not reducible to parts. Includes laws, beings, even the universe itself.
WuXing (悟性) The faculty of intuitive knowing, beyond reason and experience. Divided into PW and RW.
2+1 Structure Each instance contains two parts (e.g., logic + substance) plus one whole relation. Reflects the fundamental structure of reality.
Micro vs. Macro World Micro: timeless, formless (laws, logic); Macro: time-bound, formed (nature, events).
Rebirth Principle Instancological leap from one ontological layer to a higher one; not a gradual accumulation but a transcendence.
