【注】位于曼哈顿1地狱厨房2布鲁克林3副食杂货店内主厨餐桌(CTBF4)名声在外,街知巷闻的内讧诉讼案更是震撼美食界。2023年7月,在与原主厨César Ramirez对簿公堂并分道扬镳、失去连续10年米其林三星荣誉之后,闭门歇业的CTBF老板Moe Issa另起炉灶,决定聘请曾经在此烹饪了10年有余的两位副厨——奥地利裔 Max Natmessnig 和荷兰族 Marco Prins——作为顶梁柱,继续光大从前的辉煌。

重新开业约一年后的2024年,CTBF餐厅荣获米其林二星,但颁奖仪式却略显尴尬,两位新主厨与其前师傅César同台亮相,后者也凭借新开的同名餐厅凯撒“头发”不到5个月便摘取米其林两星称号。

餐厅印象:采用开放式厨房,深棕柜台铺上白色桌布,沉静朦胧的色调打造出法国乡村复古温馨的现代氛围。

  8. 日本虾夷的鲍鱼 | 越光米、白萝卜、羊肚菌烤白法国芦笋、海藻烤生菜酱

  9. 挪威海螯虾 | 南刺辣椒酱、用海螯虾头制成的沙爹风味酱汁、芒果紫咖喱酸辣酱、香兰泡沫

就餐体验:来自西欧的两位主厨继承前任衣钵,试图融入“地狱厨神”式全新元素,舌尖上的法国、日本、德国/奥地利、荷兰刺激味蕾博得眼球,成功打造出今晚14道珍馐。
