[Abstract] Sexual and reproductive health is fundamental and integral part to overall health and well-being of individuals, couples and families, including the right to receive education and information about sexual health. The current study investigates migrants’ perceptions on sexual health and on their needs for sexual health education. Ten focus groups in four European countries (Finland n?=?2, Greece?=?4, Portugal?=?2, Estonia?=?2) have been conducted during summer-autumn 2023 with 54 migrant participants. Collected data were analyzed using qualitative thematic analysis. Migrants perceived sexual health as a component of overall health and well-being, encompassing aspects of reproductive health, sexual relationships, and socio-cultural factors and beliefs. They expressed a need for health education that improves their understanding of anatomy and physiology related to sexual function, reproductive health, and safe sex practices. This education should incorporate refined communication skills, address their unique cultural sensitivities, and utilize materials and tools such as technology, printed, and visual media. Migrants provided valuable information into their sexual health needs, highlighting the importance of integrating these insights into the development of comprehensive sexual health education. Sexual health education should emphasize cultural responsiveness and inclusivity of participants' diverse backgrounds to enhance its effectiveness and impact.
