Human is a body of a skin wrapping 206 bones; the bodies succeed appearing to struggle for survival a limited life time on Earth. The survival seeking activities of the bodies formed so called society, culture, accompanied with a history and a civilization. The bodies were self proud of higher animals with intelligence was superior to lower animals, but have to live lower animals coerced life; in the Law of Jungle in much bestiality than that of lower animals did. Due to that it is not all of people who are in human feature are in human nature, many are inhuman quality.

Today, the abundance of material wealth can be called as Affluent Society; but please look at the world; even if in rich democracies; people even work harder, but there are still increasingly people, who are unable to make their ends meet. In underdeveloped countries, some people even sell their organs to support their families. Now human beings faced with multi-destructions: Atomic Cremation, WWIII; Neoliberalism Makes Depression; Life Threat Home Yards.

Human society is composed of people, and social governance is also in people governing people; so that the people have been living in the life of suffering endless manmade disasters are due to the inhuman one on power.

Nowadays, social governance has been evolved as that of legislature legislating policies pave the orbit; and then society runs accordingly; which meant that it is the legislature acting as social brain and lawmakers are the social brain cells.

Therefore; it is the lawmakers in making policies as laws to enable the power of the State Apparatus as usable true to take the effect of enforcing society operation accordingly.

This is that who got right in policymaking; who will take the power of government.

In other words, whoever obtains the right as lawmaker, who got ability to control the power of State Apparatus, and then drives the irresistible administrative power to regulate and transform society according to own will.

As the basic components of the State Apparatus, the legal system is equipped with police, guns, police vans and prisons, etc., to stop and imprison those who dare to resist the administrative power of the State Apparatus.

This means that once personal will becomes an enforceable legal clause, the State Apparatus will automatically enforce it. By formulating legal clauses, personal will is socialized to reach the purpose of reforming society.    

Therefore, we must form a non-partisan legislature in policymaking directly; thereby helping populism politicians get rid of the state has to unwillingly follow the ideologies that imposed by political correctness witch hunt.

We must dump ideologies democracy and autocracy into garbage bin to learn China to form legislature by outstanding entrepreneurs; professors, scientists, farmers, doctors, etc., as lawmakers in part time self-reliance. 

The civilization of China will easily enable quality people all as lawmaker.

Since ancient time, China has been choosing learned people on power, even develop Imperial Examination, the European missionaries called it as elite constitutionalism that put merit over birth and gave political power to scholars. Now, on the Earth, the conflicts are mainly from the two major civilizations of European looting and killing bloodily soiled Western Individualistic Civilization makes all effort to destroy China Confucian Collectivistic Civilization.  

After 35 years of Socialist-Bloc fails; now the democratic play has killed Capitalist-Bloc. As political system of the West, the failure in social governance of democracy has announced the death sentence to Western civilization.

The US federal will be inevitably dismembered within 2050; due to that political correctness witch hunting by human rights training lazy has uprooted labor quality and productivity; while the global de-dollarization and the monetary independence of the US’ 40 States have started this trend. So we must strive for the world not being ruined in this period.

The failure of Western civilization is at that it didn’t control on ideologies and didn’t choose quality people on power.

This was the reason that I discuss about the mechanism of human intelligence and the complexity of human nature; especially focuses on the factors of ideologies, philosophies and the values of people; which are the key for a better social governance to avoid being ruined by low quality ones.

A civilization develops into human or inhuman depending on whether it culture people into human. The focus of thinking and persuing of people is the intellectual engines in driving a civilization towards human or inhuman.

Since ancient time, China united dozens of ethnics in centralized governance and develops rituals, Confucianism to culture people in human etiquette, collective discipline in the collectivist values and peace seeking genes in thinking and persuing for creating a coexistence prosperous life. 221BC started governance in ministries, provinces and counties by choosing learned people on power; for which even developed Imperial examination; in 134BC Han dynasty outlawed schools of thought to respect Confucianism as moral guidance; to have cultured people collective self-discipline, don't do to others what you don't want others to do to you; in collectivist values and peace seeking genes; which have solidified the civilization of China in humanized state. The collectivist social elements are suitable for human life; so that China has been relative longer time enjoying prosperous life to have enlightened Europe out of dark Ages.

Thus in 2000 years ago, China has developed social elements until this day. In which process, the Gov-enforcement optimal selective control was the key, without government enforcement, society would be in disarray constant chaos. The democracies of the West are priding for advocating free world without care about society has been in the chaos.

Also, the people of China are able to enjoy relatively long prosperous life, there is a important reason that the leadership positions are always in choosing highly qualified people with a rational cognition of social governance. In 2400 years ago, a local official in China said that the ordinary people were willing to enjoy the fruits, but they are never willingly to endure the hardship for planting the fruit trees. Government has to force them, not expect to persuade them in advance.

Thus, the quality people under quality social governance created quality wealthy life.

The West has been priding for the richness of thoughts without thinking about their social effect good or bad. The varieties of philosophies and ideologies like a botanical garden. Though it is rich in species, but it is mixed with highly toxic weeds, Such as, Hegel’s philosophical thought has been highly respected and played far-reaching influence. But, if you look closely at Hegel’s philosophy; it is mixed with highly toxic weeds, such as, advocates the rationality for the wars; and which contributes greatly to the barbaric play of the West.

If you look at other philosophies and ideologies in the West, the most of them are the actual evil source in advocating the rationality for the wars, in advocating the rationality of fighting against government and in advocating the rationality of putting personal interest on the top of national interest, and more, which are actually in playing the role in messing society ungovernable by distorting people in low quality without sense for reasoning the what is right or wrong.

Please look at the thoughtful names for make-livings by playing democracy: Hawks, Doves, Donkey, Elephant, Left wing, Right wing, Green Party, Tea party, and in coining on needs; the Western civilization dehumanized people will never be able to reflect why higher animals have to childish democratic play by ganged lower animals gangs.

Thus, the quality people under quality social governance created quality wealthy life to have promoted people in collective genes and developed Collectivistic Civilization with Collectivistic Values. Since ancient times, the neighboring countries people were attracted to share Confucian values to have formed Confucian Asia in Asian Values.

I call such a civilization as China Confucianism based Eastern collectivistic civilization; due to it was originated by purposefully culturing people as quality people, so that all of its social elements are suitable for the survival of human being.

3.1.1... Guan Zhong (720–645 BC), who designed frame of social governance of China             Back to Top

A philosopher of chancellor of the vassal state Qi, who designed comprehensive forms in politics and society in geography, officials selection, tax collection, legal system, etc.. Confucius believed that people have five evils, as long as a person has one of them, it cannot escape from the killing by the gentleman; but the theft is not included.

1... It is sober in introspection, but, is sinister in actual.

2... It is sinful in action but stubborn in unrepentant.

3... It is in hypocritical and is also in good at sophistry.

4... It is memorized something in weird, messy and numerous.

5... It is a clear mistake but still beautifies it.

Enlightenment leader Voltaire admired Confucius very much and says that Confucius completed the moral science, in Philosophical Dictionary, he wrote that:

I knew a philosopher who had no other portrait than that of Confucius in his study. At the bottom of it were written the following lines:

Without assumption he explored the mind,

Unveiled the light of reason to mankind;

Spoke as a sage, and never as a seer,

Yet, strange to say, his country held him dear.

3.1.5... Ximen Bao (445–396 BC), who uprooted soil for religions in 400 BC     Back to Top

Ximen Bao, who was a philosopher, a government minister of Vassal State Wei. In 2400 years ago China, in Ye County, today Henan Province, China, took the chance of frequently floods, the local officials with witch conspiracy levy money by the name of presenting a girl as wife to please river God to avoid river flooding, and thus drowning innocent girl every year, and defrauds wealth of people into own pockets by the name of wedding. Ximen Bao who thrown the witch and her accomplices into the river with the name of sending a message to the river God, he will chose a more beautiful girl as wife later.

In order to eliminate the disaster of flooding, Xi Menbao suggested excavating canals to Irrigate farmlands and eliminate floods, but, people refused to do such a hard job, then, Xi Menbao forced them to dig twelve canals as a water irrigation system that serves to this day.

At that time, Ximen Bao made a famous comment: the ordinary people can only share enjoying the fruits but can never willingly share the hardship for planting the fruits. Government must force them to do something that will benefit to them, but, does not hope to convince them in advance.

The story has been widespread in China with many history books and textbooks, until to this day. I think that it is the main reason that China did not form any harmful Religions. 

Ximen Bao has created meaningful warnings for officials of all generations to uproot the cheating by Gods and related behavior and more importantly that Government must force people to do something that will benefit to them, never hope convincing them in advance to do stupid things that don't work.

3.1.6...Shang Yang (390–338 BC), who proposed standard legal terms and made equality before the law

A guest minister came from vassal state Wei to Qin, a Legalist who proposed standard legal terms, made equality before the law, and the loyalty to the state is above that of family. He introduced material rewards into law by making twenty military ranks and rewards system, based upon battlefield achievements with rewards of lands and other life necessaries. More achievements more rewards.

Shang Yang deprived the privileges of nobility in bloodline inheritance and made them in same rights as common civilians. He introduced land reforms, privatized land to farmers, and rewards farmers who exceeded harvest quotas. He encouraged migration of peasants from other states into Qin by providing them with farmland and life supports; this policy simultaneously increased the manpower of Qin and weakened the manpower of Qin's rivals.

Shang Yang made many legal reforms in effective social governance and helped weaker vassal state Qin built the military power.

The records say that the rewards made Qin citizens willing to join the army and made all efforts to get more achievements from battlefield for getting more rewards. On the battlefield, the soldiers threw away their armor in bared chest and back to chase the enemy, chasing preys, chasing rewards of money and property. This was the reason in centuries later; the guest Minister Li Si was able to clean up all of Vassal States to have reunited China and uprooted soil for wars.

However, since then, in the West, the war machine aristocracies have ruled for more than 2,000 years. In today's modern democracy, the state still plays the role of war machine, bombing everywhere and destroying human world and now is in pushing humans towards atomic bomb cremated.

3.1.7... Li Si?(280–208 BC), who initiated centralized govern in ministries, provinces and counties

Han Dynasty (202BC–220 AD), who mandated Confucianism as moral guidance in 140BC by outlawed all schools of thought by the suggestion of Dong Zhongshu, Otherwise, Confucianism may not benefit to society.

Emperor Wu held first Imperial Examination for selecting talent people as officials from grassroots and by which set model for subsequent dynasties used occasionally; and held annually in Song dynasty (960–1279) until 1905.

He kept talents to live in royal palace and later started their political career as top officials.

It is impossible that hopes Confucianism helping to create a peaceful world.

Today, in West, there are many people hoping that Confucianism is able to help to create a peaceful world, such as, in 2022 Athens Democracy Forum, once held a special section of Aristotle and Confucius. Jeffrey Sachs, the professor at Columbia University, who once wrote article Confucius' Wisdom Can Assist us in Overcoming Modern Challenges in 12 October 2023.

But that is impossible according to the rational practice of China. In china all of rational measures were Gov-enforced. Because of, the people of China understand the reality that good measures often infringe on the interests of irrational people, they will strongly oppose it. Also many people are irrational that cannot do something willingly.

More importantly, Confucius's collectivist thoughts are in fatal conflict and are incompatible with the individualistic thoughts that worshiped by the people in the West. People would never realize the sad reality that it is just the individualistic thoughts in killing the economy and the life of the West and world widely.

3.1.10... In 1953, China initiated Five Principles governing China’s relations with foreign countries.

The Five Principles, as stated in the Sino–Indian Agreement 1954, are listed as:

1... Mutual respect for each other's territorial integrity and sovereignty,

3... Mutual non-interference in each other's internal affairs,

4... Equality and co-operation for mutual benefit, and

Dialectic philosophy Daoism is the leading philosophy of China as cornerstone of the civilization of China 

Philosophy affects the way of people in thinking and therefore affecting the way of people in behaving; and which will affect people in thinking and pursuing of the intellectual engine in driving the outcomes of people in social activities; and which will affect the quality of its accompanied civilization.

Philosophy Daoism (China, 500-400BC) dialectically views the universe as a system of the unity of opposites, which is composed of many components - subsystem with own feature of unity of opposites in the state of dynamic balance. The two sides of unity of opposites are interdependent as the part of each other’s existence. Dao embodies the harmony of the unity of opposites by regulating the natural processes and nourishing the balance of the opposites. By Yin and Yang represent the two opposites in symbiosis coexists, one ebbs and another grows, and vice versa. Yin represents the dark, negative, the female, cloudy, cold and the Earth, etc.. Yang represents the bright, positive, the male, sunny, hot, and the Heaven, etc. They are in accompanying coexistence; there would be no male without female, no bright without dark. 

Therefore, the universe is a system that is in the state of dynamic balance through continuous self-balance. 

Due to the Daoism is developed by observing the real world in geography, astronomy, society and daily life, rather than by idealistic fantasy, so that the primitive dialectical view generated in thousands of years ago is well coinciding with the objective world and modern science in nature world.  

In objective reality

In micro perspective, as small as atom, extranuclear electrons cloud with the nucleus are both in the state of attraction and repulsion, the electronics rotating around the nucleus in dynamic equilibrium. They are in the state unity of opposites. Atoms are the components to compose of natural substance; also, include human body.

In macro perspective, the planets with the sun in solar system, and solar system with other galaxies are all in the continuously rotating in the state of self-regulation by attraction and repulsion of each other. They are also in the state of dynamic equilibrium of unity of opposites.

Therefore, the Daoism is perfect rational for dealing with the complex issues naturally, socially and physically. 

The way of dialectically view of Daoism helps people of China to look at, analyze and solve social problems from multiple perspectives, the factors in positive and negative, and the potential consequences, as detailed as possible. In which way, the solution will be more realistic and less error-making.

As one of the important ancient philosophies of China, the Daoism is the cornerstone of the civilization of China with influencing the social governance and the civilization of East & South Asia, and the population from China globally. 

The dialectical philosophy Daoism cultured people of China with the quality of dialectical thinking; so that the people of China carefully dealing with anything by looking at problems from different angles, at different sides and at different levels, the good consequence and the bad consequence in detailed without omissions or mistake. 

Due to that rational reasoning can be deep into many levels with series of possible consequences as that of judging domino effect; so that lesser reckless; never positively aggression and plundering others besides defense; which was the reason that China built Great Wall to avoid wars, rather than simply fight back to destroy enemy.

This is the reason that China built Great Wall to avoid wars and the big Zheng He fleet 7 times around the world without looting and colonizing; and bringing books to Italy to trigger the Renaissance. This is the root reason that the people of China and the people in neighboring countries are able to enjoy a long peaceful life. 

However, friendly and kindness of China was viewed as weak and deceivable by the people who are with distorted reasoning function, which was the reason that foreigners repeatedly invaded China.

In comparison, the most of Westerners are lack of dialectical reasoning, so that they look at problem from intuitive appearance, rarely touches the deep level, and rarely takes into account of the bad consequences, which was the one of reasons that U.S. has been at war for all but 16 years of its 242-year history.

The world always repeating historical disasters were due to that there is no permanent stable political system in all countries; the power has been in endless replacing, and then endless reckless politician misuse of Gov-power to make disasters.

Historically, China keeps peace for a relatively long time because the imperial power was able to stable for a long time and then by Imperial Examination choosing learned people on power. Today; the legislature of National People's Congress is stable; while it is Professor Wang Huning led team in charge of long term strategy making. All is not affected by the replacement of leaders.

This is the reason that China is able to keep to practice for the long term plan and make own country constantly improving as leading economy again based on the destroyed ruins with huge war reparations from a century long killing and looting of Western allies and US tamed Japan; which started since 1840 British armed selling opium after government of China banned opium trade that started in 1773.

In contrast, in democracies; every presidential candidate uses his or her economics as a bargaining chip to attract voters; which is in largely at the expense of country's interests by promise pleasing voters; but national finance cannot support that.

It is necessary to form a civil legislature in all of countries as a permanent stable political cornerstone in charge of making economic policies that are in line with the country's long-term development, and no politician can change them by own wills.

That is not enough; we need to form a global civil legislature as global permanent stable political system as global centralized governance; to stop that International institutions are being hijacked and turning as the evil tools endangering humanity.

My idea is that firstly by above listed Professors form a Global Civil Legislature as leadership to explore the formation of the civil legislature in all of countries; then optimizes them in step by step. It is the process of optimizing according to needs.

Then the Global Civil Legislature gradually optimized by adding elites from global countries and as leadership coordinates and conducts global affairs and the affairs of the civil legislatures of all countries and the social governance of all countries.

With the constantly birthing social elites naturally updating, the civil legislature will be able to play a role as a permanent political system to stable social operation; and also decides the settlements of social structures and the appointment of officials.

In such an acceptable roundabout way, we can essentially realize the global centralized social governance. Eventually; human must uproot the demon of the manmade disasters – the partisan politics – the actual evil attractors for the social garbage.

It is clear, only realize the global centralized social governance to avoid democracy grants power to low quality people; human is able to live a humanized life. Now only in China, people are able to live in safe with the dignity as human should be.

Dec. 22, 2021, Israeli drug prevents 100% of COVID patients from deteriorating in trial, all 18 COVID-19 patients hospitalized with moderate or severe symptoms who received the drug Amor-18 developed by Israeli biotech company Amorphical recovered and were discharged in a few days, the company announced on Wednesday. Of the 19 individuals who were given a placebo, six had to be transferred to intensive care, and two died. As part of compassionate care, two other patients in a very serious condition were given the drug. Both recovered and were discharged.

Amor-18, which uses Amorphous Calcium Carbonate (ACC) as the main ingredient, was administered orally or by inhalation. As explained by the company, ACC has the ability to modulate acidic pH changes around each cell. These changes affect the capability of COVID-19 to penetrate the cells and replicate. This allows the drug to prevent the virus from spreading and thus the patients from deteriorating.

“We are excited about the results of the clinical trial, which bring real hope to COVID-19 patients in Israel and around the world, and are especially encouraging these days with the start of the fifth wave of the Omicron variant,” said Amorphical CEO Yossi Ben. “The drug we have developed is anti-inflammatory, safe and effective and it is easy to use.” He noted that Amor-18 will work against the entire SARS virus family, including all COVID variants.

A larger trial is already being conducted at the Ziv, Shamir, Kaplan and Mayanei Hayeshua medical centers in Israel. In the near future, the drug will be tested in other countries. Seven hospitals in Brazil have announced that they will participate, and other centers in Europe and the United States are expected to join soon.

Feb 8, 2023, report Effect of acetic acid inactivation of SARS-CoV-2: 6% acetic acid, a concentration typically found in white distilled vinegar, effectively inactivated SARS-CoV-2 after 15-min incubation with a complete loss of replication of competent virus as measured by TCID50. Transmission electron microscopy further demonstrated that 6% acetic acid disrupts SARS-CoV-2 virion structure. In addition, 6% acetic acid significantly inhibits and disrupts the binding of SARS-CoV-2 spike protein binding to ACE2, the primary SARS-CoV-2 cell receptor, after contact with spike protein for 5, 10, 30 and 60 minutes incubation. Taken together, our findings demonstrate that acetic acid possesses inactivating activity against SARS-CoV-2 and may represent a safe alternative to commonly used chemical disinfectants to effectively control the spread of SARS-CoV-2.

Above study by vinegar in 4%-6% concentration is for getting killing effect in minutes, but such concentration cannot be used as in-take, but I believe that one molecular of vinegar will be able to kill one Covid-19 virus.
