上个世纪90年代我刚搬到纽约城的那一年正值钟爱·棕色武士(David Dinkins)和名狼·公正(Rudy Giuliani)两任市长交替，对其面临的社会治安问题感同身受，五年的生活让我见证了它是如何面对挑战，又是怎样拨乱反正，并重振家园走向今天的经济繁荣。
