Russia Should Hold Nagorno-Karabakh Neutral

Russia, people have advised you to use whatever kind of weaponry and warring to capitulate your enemy, but you have been waiting for your suffering further and further. Think whether the USA would ever take so long to drop nuclear bombs onto Japan. Now, look how the USA acts to protect Japan from China's "bullying". If neither Armenia nor Nagorno-Karabakh Republic has the military power to repel Azerbaijan's aggression, Russia should demand Azerbaijan to withdraw its army from Nagorno-Karabakh, and that place to be maintained by Russian peacekeepers and LOCAL MILITIA. If by negotiation, Azerbaijan refuses to withdraw, then Russia should not hesitate to FORCE it. It seems Azerbaijan wants to be Russia's enemy, and Russia really needs a land bridge to Iran, Syria, Iraq, and further away for the war against the USUK hegemony.
