你所不知道的引起武汉新型冠状病毒肺炎的病毒
截至今天一月三十一日早上,美国国立卫生研究院病毒数据库有六株武汉新型肺炎冠状病毒全长测序,大陆两个,香港两个,美国CDC两个,序列与中国测序结果全部一致。也就是说,目前在中国传播并扩散到诸多国家,来源是同一病毒。
检索美国NIH病毒数据库,一共有56株萨斯病毒,全部由华人测得,与武汉新型肺炎冠状病毒同源性高,全部都在80%以上。可以认为,它就是SARS的变种。
138株蝙蝠冠状病毒,分布于全世界二十多个国家,与武汉新型肺炎冠状病毒同源性非常高。最高一株为南京军事医学科研所,同源性达89.12%,还有一株也来自南京军事医学研究所,同源性为88.65%。基本可以认为,蝙蝠冠状病毒的变异,生成了武汉新型肺炎冠状病毒。
573株中东冠状病毒,分布在世界各地。与武汉肺炎病毒同源性低,在70%左右。基本可以排除这个病毒引起武汉新型冠状病毒肺炎的可能性。
879株猪冠状病毒,分布世界各地。与武汉肺炎病毒同源性低,在60-65%左右。
