I saw the advertisement on a Chinese Newspaper. I was excited, thinking I could buy this for my sister who's battling cancer. Until I saw this FDA letter, which was delivered to Dr. Liao in 2014 and published on the FDA website. fda.gov/ICECI/Enforcemen…

I suggest that you visit the link to peruse the warning letter before making the purchase.
