【注】“餐厅的设计从菜肴烹饪入手,拓展至服务风格,最终形成鲜明个性。”主厨朴正炫1及其娇妻朴晶恩2用自己秉持的信念向来宾传递并诠释韩国美食文化。

基于堂吃空间有限,这是全城最难预约或者说最为抢手的米其林餐厅,绝对没有之一!要不是昨日下午有人临时变更,今天我们根本不可能现场鉴赏由主厨打造的创新且现代的韩式怀石料理3,尽管两个月前已登记在待候名单上。

餐厅印象:推开位于默里“海岸”山4街区的褐砂石建筑大门,穿过泥土色调的酒吧,我们拾级而下来到韩国禅意流转的U形板前餐台。

就餐体验:每一道菜品上桌前,服务员都会先呈上一张精心设计的韩英双语菜单卡,正反两面分别印有别致的抽象绘画与考究的配料清单,精准介绍背景故事与传统理念,让14位食客5在品尝山珍海味的同时,也能领略韩国文化的深厚底蕴。
