【摘要】女性性功能障碍（FSD）涵盖了性欲、性唤起、性高潮及性交疼痛等方面的障碍，全球约有40%的育龄女性受其困扰。女性性功能受到生物学因素（如激素水平、慢性疾病）、心理因素（如情绪、身体意象、对自身性方面的认知）以及社会文化因素的共同影响；其中，社会文化因素在亚洲人群中尤为显著——羞耻感和污名化构成了阻碍女性寻求倾诉与医疗照护的重要障碍。此外，伴侣间的沟通状况及亲密关系满意度等关系层面因素，也会进一步影响女性的性体验。本研究结果凸显了针对育龄女性开展主动、具备文化敏感性且以伴侣为导向的性功能评估的必要性。女性性功能（LSF）水平与主观不满意感之间存在的显著不一致表明，常规筛查应同时涵盖对性功能水平及相关困扰的评估，而非仅依赖症状评分。鉴于新加坡的总和生育率（TFR）处于历史最低水平，将性功能筛查纳入孕前咨询及生育医疗服务流程，或许是一个切实可行的切入点，有助于识别并解决那些正计划怀孕或尝试受孕的女性在性健康方面尚未得到满足的需求。

[Abstract] Female sexual dysfunction (FSD), encompassing disorders of desire, arousal, orgasm, and sexual pain, affects approximately 40% of reproductive-age women globally.1 Sexual function is shaped by biological (hormonal status, chronic conditions), psychological (mood, body image, sexual self-perception), and sociocultural influences, the latter being particularly salient in Asian populations, where shame and stigma represent significant barriers to disclosure and care. Relational factors, including partner communication and relationship satisfaction, further modulate women’s sexual experience. these findings highlight the need for proactive, culturally sensitive, and couple-oriented assessment of sexual function among reproductive-aged women. The marked discordance between LSF and subjective dissatisfaction underscores that routine screening should incorporate assessment of both LSF and associated distress rather than relying on symptom scores alone. Given Singapore’s record-low TFR, integrating sexual function screening into preconception counselling and fertility care pathways may represent a pragmatic opportunity to identify and address unmet sexual health needs in women planning or attempting conception.
