台湾政府日前表示，不打算进口中国制造的新冠病毒疫苗。
据台湾中央社报道，台湾疫情指挥中心指挥官、卫生福利部部长陈时中9月27日对外界表示，台湾本来就规定不从中国进口血液制剂或疫苗。
另据《世界日报网》报道，陈时中日前也表示过，不会选择中国大陆制造的疫苗；并且台湾已经于18日与“新冠肺炎疫苗全球取得机制”（COVAX）签约购买疫苗，但具体数量和签约金额暂时保密。
陈时中在回答立法院立委质询时解释说，大陆的疫苗问题很多，基于安全考虑，不计划购买大陆的疫苗。
在另一面，据英国广播公司报道，巴西人口最多的州圣保罗州州长若昂·多利亚（Joao Doria）宣称，中国制造的疫苗有望从12月开始在巴西使用；巴西已经从北京科兴控股生物技术有限公司（Sinovac）购买了500万剂疫苗，将于10月运抵巴西。多利亚相信这些疫苗是安全的，而且已经进入了第三期试验。

Taiwanese authorities were the first to ban mask exports to CHINA when it needed them the most in January 2020; in the meantime, countless countries and organizations, including Japan, Korea, EU, Canada and US charities (not the US government) rushed to China's rescue and were all sending masks and ventilators and other medical equipment to China to help. Nowadays the Taiwanese politicians have succeeded in exterminating all lingering good will towards the islanders from the mainland population by poliliticizing almost everything. When real conflicts erupt some day, I am worried about the worst scenarios. The Chinese population is not necessarily brainwashed. It is just common sense.
