快讯：郭文贵9项罪名成立

经过近两个月的庭审，纽约南区联邦法院16日下午宣布陪审团裁决结果，中国商人郭文贵九项罪名成立，包括电汇诈欺、证券诈欺、跨国洗钱以及反黑连坐法(RICO)等。郭文贵共被控12项罪名，陪审团认为涉及流媒体平台“GTV”的电汇和证券诈欺、以及另一项非法货币交易的三项指控不成立。

法院宣布将于今年11月19日对郭文贵量刑。

庭审结束后，诈欺受害者与郭文贵的支持者在法院外发生冲突。
